Alan Konell, M.S.W. is a Certified Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the Director of Carolina Clinical Consulting in Chapel, N.C.
He has been practicing as a clinical hypnotherapist, and personal and relationship coach for over 40 years. During his appointment as a clinical instructor at The University of North Carolina Medical School, Alan helped alleviate the suffering of patients with fibromyalgia, migraines and idiopathic chronic pain.
He has presented seminars for Fortune 500 companies and staffs in major teaching hospitals. In addition to Certification Training in NLP, he has offered seminars in strategic psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, emotional balancing, healing chronic pain and personal evolution.

Alan received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Rochester in 1972 and his M.S.W. from the University of Michigan School of Social Work in 1975.
He is the father of two grown daughters and currently lives in Chapel Hill, N.C. with his wife of 38 years and numerous pets.
