When you come in for your first session I will give you a series of quick “suggestibility tests” that will tell you what Hypnosis approach will work best for you and what “makes you tick”. Here’s exactly what I’ll do:
I’ll check your “Suggestibility Settings” and we may even examine your “Sub-Modality Drivers.” I’ll then know how to customize the suggestions I use with you to maximize your positive response.
You’ll find out if you’re more Directly Suggestible or Indirectly Suggestible. I’ll also test to find out whether you’re more of a Visual, Auditory or Kinesthetic learner.
Oh, you’ve never heard of Matchers and MisMatchers? Well this is how you tend to filter information, and the more we know about this the more we can tailor your Hypnotic experience for you.
